STYLE|| Bonnie wears whatever she finds comfortable. Whether that means layering on some shirts (tank top over t-shirt with a vest over top), or just a simple long t-shirt with a pair of dark leggings, Whatever she wears is loose fitting enough to move around in, and tight enough to make her feel good. One guarantee about anything that Bonnie wears is that it will be colorful (unless she’s upset), and it will be uniquely Bonnie. As a result of Caroline being hers and Elena’s best friend, Bonnie does not have anything in her closet that could be considered ‘out of style’ or ‘ugly’.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES|| (optional)
PERSONALITY|| Beautiful. Charming. Layol. Free-spirited.
Bonnie could be considered an extremely loyal friend to any she cares about but beware if you cross her path. She’s not one to forgive easily and will hold a grudge for a very long time. Just ask Damon about that one. Granted she won’t just stand by and watch someone die, but you should still beware of her wrath. She will do anything to help out her best friends Caroline and Elena, and will almost always turn to them in times of need. Bonnie tends to cling to the things she knows and loves such as her friends, classmates, and even her home town Mystic Falls, because deep down she feels like everyone important in her life has abandoned her when she needed them the most; A mother who walked out when she was very young, a father who made himself scarce her whole life, and a grandmother who passed away just when Bonnie could have used her guidance. And now Bonnie is left to fend for herself and her friends, forced to assume a role that is bigger than her to save everything she holds dear from extinction at the hands of monsters. And she would do anything to save those she cares about, even if it means sacrificing herself in the process. Bonnie is also slightly a hopeless romantic. She wants to find that one person who she can relate to more than anything, that one person who she doesn’t have to hide anything from. Unfortunately she hasn’t had very good luck with this in the past. Either the boys passed her by for Elena and Caroline, or they turned out to just be using her (in the case of Ben and Luka), but lately she seems to be having luck with Jeremy though she does feel a little odd about dating her best friends younger brother.
Bonnie also does a good job of hiding things she doesn’t want others to know about such as the limits of her strength when doing spells. But then there’s not much she could do about it. The voices of the dead witches warned that there would be consequences if she defied their warnings and brought Jeremy back to life, but something’s in life can’t have a price on them. Now with all but her own power gone, she practices her spells every day and night, ready to make Klaus rue the day he threatened her friends. There are very few secrets that she keeps from her best friends, except her secret searching on how to kill Klaus. She knows that Jeremy suspects what she’s up to but seems distracted himself, and if Elena wasn’t so intent on her search for Damon then she might too, but for now she hides it well and keeps a close eye on Jeremy. Her sudden realization of her true feelings for Jeremy has left her feeling a bit awkward sometimes, but she doesn’t have time to dote on it as she tries to make sure Jeremy is ok and that there are no side effects of his run in with death. As for hobbies, Bonnie spends most of her time lately reading grimoires for any information she can find about Originals, or Hybrids and trying to make sure that all her hard work in saving Elaina doesn’t go to waste if Klaus shows back up to find out his doppelganger is still alive. Bonnie also enjoys reading normal books in the sun, watching cheesy movies with her best friends, girls nights, white chocolate, fresh flowers, and (attempting) to cook, though her food doesn’t always come out very edible. Bonnie has always been more of the quiet one of the 3, though even more so in the past few months. And although she still misses her Grams, she feels as though she’s watching over her every where she goes. Because of Bonnies rough childhood, she’s been forced to grow up faster than normal and as a result she is very mature for her age.
And although she hates Klaus for not saving Stefan, and hates Damon for leaving she can't do anything but help those around her. She feels horrible for Elena, and wishes that there was more she could do to help ease the suffering of her best friend. But all she can do is try her hardest to kill Klaus. She feels that Damon betrayed them and took Klaus's side, especially since she doesn't know the whole story behind the situation. Lately her and Jeremy have been growing apart as well, and after a horrible fight, their relationship came to a halt. There is no way of knowing if the strain on there relationship was because of Elena's distress and Bonnie's subsequent attention to her, or if it had been a long time coming because of all their secrets. But now the young witch is free to devot her time to finding ways to kill the bothersome hybrid.

HISTORY||Bonnie Rose Bennett was born to Aaron and Abigail Wilson on September 18th, 1992 at 2:04 am. The College sweethearts were delighted by their baby girl, but all was not well for long. Abby began hiding things from Aaron and grew quieter. And though she loved her daughter, soon announced she was leaving when she was only 5 years old. All Bonnie has left of her mother is a name and a couple of old faded memories. Not even a picture. Through the years she’s tried asking her dad about her mom, but his answer is always the same. “Theres nothing to talk about sweetie.” And then he would again bury himself into his work. Over time work seemed to take on more of a priority than Bonnie, so she gave up on trying to get through to him and threw herself into her studies. Soon after her 10th birthday her Grams arrived in the picture. She’d always been around for birthdays and special occasions, but after her father seemed to lose interest in Bonnie, Grams stepped in to raise her. Bonnie couldn’t help feeling that the reason her dad didn’t want anything to do with her was because she was the reason they had split up. Grams however did everything she could to reassure Bonnie that that wasn’t that case and that her mother loved her very much and hated having to leave.
But no matter what was going on her best friends, Caroline and Elena, have always been there to help her through. The 3 girls were almost inseparable from 1st grade on when Elena accidently broke one of Caroline’s crayons, and Caroline retaliated by taking Bonnie’s which of course cause Bonnie to scribble on Caroline’s paper. Surprisingly the 3 became best friends after the incident. And of course her and Caroline were there to comfort Elena that horrible day when her parents car went off Wickery Bridge into the lake beyond. But on her 17th birthday, her Grams turned her life upside down by revealing that both she and her Grams were descendents from the Salem witches. At first she didn’t believe her but things started falling into place as the comet drew nearer and she discovered the truth about the Bennett line, Emily, and the Salvatore Brothers. At last with the comet approaching and the necklace destroyed, Bonnie was starting to feel like things were finally settling into place when she met Ben, the sexy older bartender at the grill who had graduated a few years before. Unfortunately things weren’t meant to be as Bonnie discovered the hard way when Ben turned out to be a vampire who was only using her to get to Elena. And it was by Ben and his cohort, Ana, that her and grams were forced to try to remove the tomb spell to release the tomb vampires under threat of Jeremy’s life. With some difficulty they succeed in breaking the spell and believed that they had put it back in place before heading home exhausted.
It was Bonnie who discovered that her Grams had passed away after the spell and although at first she resented Elena and Stefan believing it was their fault, she finally relented unable to stay mad at her best friend. While she had been away grieving, Bonnie had learned a lot about her heritage and magic from her Aunt in Salem, and was determined to use her new found powers to make Damon Salvatore pay for what he had cost her. Unfortunately she couldn’t hurt Damon permanently without hurting her best friend and so limits herself to snide comments, glares, and grudging conversations. And even though she refuses to admit it to herself, there is defiantly some chemistry between her and Damon. Fortunately her hatred or him and all of his moral wrong doings helps her to block out these feelings. Things are really thrown for a loop though when Elena tearfully reveals that her real mother Isobel is actually a very much alive vampire, and her uncle john was really her father, and that Isobel came to collect on some ‘weapon’ for Katherine. And despite Bonnie’s unyielding friendship to Elena she lied to her best friend about removing the spell on the watch simply because it could kill vampires. Later however Bonnie redeemed herself by calming the flames so that Stefan could rescue his brother.
After the founders Day festival when Caroline was injured and in the hospital, Bonnie’s friendship was put to the test again when Katherine suddenly turned up in Mystic Falls and turned Caroline into a vampire. After struggling with her best friend becoming the one thing she hated, she finally realized that even though she was a vampire now, she was still that same little girl who helped Bonnie learn how to ride a bike, and ran for help when she fell out of the apple tree in Elena’s back yard and broke her arm. She vowed to help Elena, Stefan and Damon to get Katherine, and finally at the Lockwood Masquarade Ball they manage to knock her out and lock her in the tomb. But things were not all pleasant yet as it seemed that Elena was a danger magnet. Stefan approached her saying that Elena was kidnapped and her needed her help to find out where she was. And after some difficulty Stefan and Damon tracked down Elena and ‘slayed’ her captor. Bonnie began to grow closer to Jeremy since they were spending so much time together, but when she started to realize he was flirting with her she drew away in favor of Luka, a handsome Warlock who came to town with his father and Elijah, who she finally discovered was only using her for her knowledge and connection to Damon and Stefan who had the Moonstone.
After some difficulty they managed to destroy the Moonstone… or so they thought until Klaus showed up in Mystic Fall’s using Alaric’s body and seeking to break the Sun and the Moon curse. Bonnie used the power she had harnessed from the dead witches to strike at Klaus a few times at the 8o’s decade dance before she fell to the ground ‘dead’, only to wake up some time later at the witch house with Jeremy. Finally the final time to face Klaus came and Bonnie’s powers were put to the test when she placed a spell connecting Elena and her real father, John, so that when Elena died for the ritual, John’s life force would bring her back to life but cost his life. But when she tried to kill Klaus, Elijah intervened, and she was forced yet again to attend another funeral and stand by Elena’s side as she mourned her Aunt and Father’s death. At last things started to settle down in the little town of Mystic Falls. Everyone she cared about was alive, Elena was safe, and her and Jeremy were growing closer and closer. Things between them only seemed to get better after she had to plead with the dead witches to save Jeremy’s life when Sheriff Forbes accidentally shot him in the chest. But the peace was not meant to be, and they soon discovered that Damon was never coming back, and that he’d joined Klaus leaving his brother to die. Now Bonnie is stuck trying to comfort her best friend over the loss of the one she loved and the betrayal of another while seeking out revenge against them.

RP SAMPLE||Bonnie Bennett sat bolt upright in her bed with a soft scream building in her throat as she searched the darkness for the threat that had taunted her dreams. But as her pulse finally slowed and she was able to make out her surroundings, she realized that it had all just been a horrible dream and she was home safe in her bed. Or at least as safe as any of them could be with Klaus still out there. Goose bumps littered her arms and she roughly tried to brush them off wishing that the feeling of being watched would go away. Of course it wasn’t all that uncommon any more. Lately it seemed like she was waking up in terror more and more often, and although the dreams were never exactly the same they all had the same basic characteristics: Darkness, blood red eyes, and Klaus’s taunting voice. Always his voice seemed to hunt her where ever she went until she woke up screaming or in tears. Yet she hadn’t been able to figure out why she was having these nightmares. Was it a sign or a Warning? Or was her imagination just getting the better of her? Grams would have known. She would have understood everything and probably have been able to kill Klaus once and for all. A salty tear slipped out of the dark haired girls hazel eyes and drifted down her cheek to splatter harmlessly against the sheets bunched in her lap, leaving a soft dark wet spot. For what felt like the hundredth time she wished that Grams were still alive, and cursed Damon for his part in her death. When at last she felt her heart was calm enough and her legs stable enough to hold her weight, Bonnie silently slipped out of her bed until her soft feet connected with the rug in a muffled thump.
Out in the hallway she padded down the stairs to the kitchen not bothering to turn any lights on until she reached the yellow and white tiled Kitchen that her grams had once called her own. She moved to the cupboard and pulled down a glass nearly giving herself a heart attack when something brushed her leg. She glanced down to see the big green eyes of her tabby tiger cat, D'Artagnan. He mewled softly and brushed against her legs again as she chuckled self consciously and filled the glass half way. “You silly thing.” She whispered down at the cat still trying to get the feeling of being watched off of her. The feeling turned into an itch in the back of her mind and just when she was about ready to dismiss the feelings as paranoia, a sudden motion out of the back patio caught her eye. “H-Hello?” she called out to the empty house hesitantly “Is anyone there?” She inched towards the back door straining her eyes against the darkness of the yard as she reached a shaking hand towards the light switch. Less than an inch away she hesitated trying to mentally prepare herself for whatever was waiting in the dark. Her mind flashed to the dream and she shook it out. If it was Klaus, then there was nothing she could do, but anyone else? Well they had best hope they had a damn good reason for showing up on her back patio at 3:30am. With a quick swat of her hand the light flicked on and flooded the patio with light. She nearly jumped out of her skin at the shape of a figure on the porch, until she realized that the person covering his eye was Jeremy. “Oh my god!” She fumbled with the lock throwing open the sliding door and slipping into Jeremy’s waiting arms. “I’m so glad you’re here…” Her voice came out slightly choked as she hugged him glad to not be alone with her imagination, because despite being a bad ass witch, there was nothing she could do to fight her own mind.
