It had taken her a long time to track down the man who called himself Klaus. Lumen was really tired of hunting werewolf families down to try to find his whereabouts. The witch had hunted all over Mystic Falls to find something that belonged to the man. After working for so long she finally found an abandoned mansion where the man had slept, he had left a pillow with only a few hairs stuck to it. Lumen was finally able to use a locator spell to track him down. Unfortunately, she still couldn't pinpoint his exact location, so every time she ran into the werewolves that were trying to escape the hybrid she would get more clues as to where he was. This time she neared a small town in Tennessee. The female werewolf and her children who had tipped her off had narrowly escaped the Hybrid thanks to her friends whom Klaus had contacted. They had been holed up in a small inn in the nearby town while they waited for their bartender friend to let them know when Klaus arrived. Apparently the hybrid was hunting down werewolves for some reason all across the US. Lumen had no idea why but she was going to get to the bottom of it. The bartender was dealing with Klaus at the moment and Lumen was going to finally be there to meet the man face to face. She also had a bargaining chip. A way to find more werewolves. Thanks to Lumen putting her mark on one of the smaller children she would now be able to find that family pack again. Of course, she'd never harm children but she was sure the mother would sell out more packs if it could save her children from Klaus. If the hybrid wanted werewolves, she'd give him werewolves, for a price of course. Lumen rarely did anything for free. She continued to drive towards the Blue Moon Bar. When she saw the neon sign of a full blue moon and the name in cursive underneath she knew she had arrived. She stepped out of the car after parking it in front. Who cared if it wasn't legal? That was why she loved her powers. A simple spell could make a police officer giving her a ticket forget what he had been doing for the last twenty minutes. She could get away with a lot by just doing simple spells. She loved dangerously powerful spells but every day spells were fun too. After opening the door to the bar she entered and looked around. There were only a few men inside. One was rather good looking and held himself proudly. He sat across from the bartender, whom had a shocked and fearful look on his face. She wondered what the two were talking about. She looked at the other men in the room who seemed calm. Either the hybrid hadn't made a scene or he had compelled them to not pay attention to what happened. Lumen patted the small bracelet on her right hand that held a small amount of vervain inside. He wouldn't be able to compel her easily, especially since she had drank a little before leaving the last town. Even if he figured out she had vervain in her bracelet and took it off her he still wouldn't be able to use his compulsion. A witch had to be prepared right? She found it slightly funny that she was hunting a man who was hunting werewolves. Lumen supposed it was the way of the world. Something always hunted something else. Did that make her top of the food chain? She doubted it right now. She didn't have as much power as she would have liked. "Excuse me, I don't mean to interrupt your interrogation, but could I have a moment of your time, mister vampire?" she asked the man with a smirk. She had to get right down to business. She'd picked up little tidbits about the man whom she was hunting from the various werewolves that had come across him. She had a hard time sorting fact from fiction but had come to a few conclusions. 1. He was a Original Vampire. 2. He was some kind of hybrid of another species. 3. He was powerful. 4. He was hunting werewolves. And finally... 5. He was very good looking. Number five was her last deduction after meeting the man face to face. Well more like her being behind him but she could still see his facial features every time he turned his head slightly. Outfit: Clicky! Notes: There we go, sorry I took control of basically everything Klaus was doing. I just figured I'd stick with the information I have of him and assumed he was still hunting hybrids. This was the best way to meet up with him! [/style] |
