STYLE|| Sage’s sense of style is a mix between city and country girl. She likes the country girl feel more though. Being from the Lone Star state, she’s used to wearing jeans, cowboy hats and boots, plaid. Anything basically that makes her look like the typical cowgirl. But this cowgirl absolutely hates plaid. It’s the one thing she wont have in her cowgirl wardrobe. Her signature wardrobe includes a pair of jeans or jean shorts, a tank top or graphic t-shirt, her black cowboy boots and often, her Stetson cowboy hat. However when she feels the need to look like the typical city girl, its heels, jeans or skirts, dresses or blouses and a bit of jewelry here and there. She absolutely hates perfume and wont wear it. However, she isn’t opposed to dressing up when the need arises and has been known to get fancy every now and then for special occasions.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES|| Aside from her typical Texan accent, she has a few distinguishing features. She has a tattoo on the inside of her left wrist, the initials of her baby sisters first, middle and last names which she got after her sister died. And another tattoo on her right hip of a dark purple orchid with a long stem reaching down to the top of the inside of her thigh, with her mothers first middle and last names written along the stem in fancy script. And one last tattoo in between her shoulder blades of music notes wound up in Celtic knot patterns that look like vines, with flowers attached to said vines for her passion with music and nature.
PERSONALITY|| she likes to have fun, she's stubborn and opinionated, strong willed and powerful. She can be shy when meeting new people, and she often keeps to herself and to her brother. She has a passion for music. She doesnt like seeing pity in peoples eyes when they look at her, or feeling it around her. She prefers to suffer in silence when something horrible happens in her life, though there may come a time when she might be okay with someone comforting her.

HISTORY||Born just outside Dallas, Texas to Amelia and Logan Reagan, Sage grew up on a horse ranch with her older brother, Ezra, but she always knew she was different. Special, one might say. She was born on February 14th as the Reagan family Valentine’s baby, and was the apple of her parents’ eyes. She and her older brother grew up in a nurturing environment. In fact, one might say that a farm was the best of all nurturing environments to raise a child.
As she grew up, she was homeschooled by her mother. And when she got old enough, she started working out on the farmland with her father, helping out with the horses, learning to ride, cleaning stalls. Anything and everything. She was a smart girl, with a promising future. Growing up, she looked up to her brother, Ezra – and still does. The two of them are best friends. They confided in each other, told each other everything there was to tell, and protected each other with everything they had. Because if one of them lost his or her sibling, it would have torn the other apart.
When she turned eight, she found out her mom was pregnant with her baby sister. At first, she didnt know what to think of it. She thought that the moment the baby girl was brought into their lives, her parents would forget all about her and replace her with her sister. She was wrong. And when her sister, Emelina Paxton Reagan, was born, she fell in love with her too. She was the most beautiful girl she'd ever seen. However, she wasnt healthy. When she turned eighteen months old, Emelina was diagnosed with Hutchinson-Guilford Progeria Syndrome; a rare and fatal disease that causes children to have stiff joints, dislocated hips, hair loss, aged-looking skin and other symptoms. It was like she was aging prematurely.
Seven more years passed and by the time Emelina turned eight years old, and Sage was twelve, Emelina died of a stroke caused by her progeria. The family was devestated. Her mother fell into a deep depression, finding comfort in only the knowledge that her eldest children were still with her, still healthy. Sage tried her best to comfort her mother and father, and often it was enough, but a year after her sister died, her father and mother took their own lives, on the same day her baby sister had been born.
The funeral was what Sage hated the most, aside from the fact that her parents couldnt even stay strong enough to live. She hated being stuck in a group of people at the funeral who did nothing but pity her and her brother. She didnt want their pity. She just wanted to be left alone. After her parents' deaths and the funeral, she and her brother were sent to Mystic Falls to live with their Aunt Jacquette. She wasnt very happy with the idea of moving from the only home she'd ever known, with the idea of having to sell the farm, but she couldnt do a thing about it.
Aunt Jacquette owned a flower shop called Auntie's Blossoms. It's a small shop in town that both Ezra and Sage now work in. Their aunt also decided to continue the homeschooling of the children. She hadnt wanted them to feel odd going into a public school after so many years of homeschooling. So she spent three good years of schooling with her aunt, often spending it in the flower shop and working whilst she learned. Now, she's seventeen and still working in her aunt's flower shop, about to finish her last year of schooling before she can go into college.

RP SAMPLE||Lexi Branson stood behind the bar counter at the Mystic Grill, a thoughtful and faraway look on her face. She hadn’t been working there long, as a waitress and apprentice bartender, but for the time she had started work in the Grill, she liked it. She was already familiar with the usual crowd of customers; among them Damon and Stefan Salvatore and Elena Gilbert. Though, it wasn’t as nice to have Stefan around anymore. Not when he was on the Ripper phase he was on now. Being compelled by Klaus hadn’t done him any justice either. She missed the old Stefan, the one who she went to that Bon Jovi concert with all those years ago, the one she thought of as her best friend. Who he was recently was a completely different person, one she’d seen only a handful of times.
Lexi had helped Stefan out of his Ripper phase before, several times. But now that he was being compelled by Klaus, she figured it’d be a little harder. He gave up human blood before of his own free will. But Klaus lived off humans and expected Stefan to kill for him, and what better killing tool did a vampire have aside from his own fangs? She remembered when it used to be easier to get a vampire off blood when you were a vampire yourself. All you had to do was over-power them, lock them in a room with no source of human blood and feed them bunnies. But now that she was human, she couldn’t exactly do that without using vervain, and she refused to use that stupid plant against her best friend, regardless of how he was acting lately. She’d just have to rely on Damon to get the blood out of his system.
Damon. The eldest Salvatore brother had been on her good side—for the most part—until he put a nicely shaped piece of wood into her heart when she was a vampire. She kind of gave in and forgave him for it though… If she were in his place, she’d probably have done the same thing at some point in their lives. Despite his former “evil scheme”, he had been trying to keep the townspeople off the Salvatore’s trail and keep them from finding out they were vampires. It was all for the good of surviving. Survival of the fittest wasn’t always fair but it always worked out in the end. Sighing, she grabbed her stuff and went over to a table a young couple had just left, cleaning it up so someone else could occupy it. Now to figure out what to do about Stefan and Klaus...
